Welcome to our luxury villa (2024), spacious (188m²), bright, and fully air-conditioned, rated 4 stars (high-end amenities) in the heart of Moliets et Maa (Landes - 40), just 5 minutes from the Moliets Golf Course and 10 minutes from the surf spots!
With its 5 bedrooms (including 3 master bedrooms) and 3 living areas, it combines comfort, conviviality, relaxation, and privacy for groups (families, friends, surfers, golfers, etc.).
Ideally located on the edge of the Landes forest, 200m from shops (Super U, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, etc.), 10 minutes from two supervised beaches via the cycle path, close to Velodyssée, the 27-hole golf course designed by Trent Jones, tennis courts, horse riding, and Adrénaline Parc. 30 minutes from the golf courses of Seignosse, Hossegor, and Pinsolle.
Inside, the villa is fully air-conditioned and can comfortably accommodate 10 to 15 people. You have access to high-speed WiFi and an equipped office space (screen, keyboard, mouse) where you can work in privacy if needed.
There are 5 bedrooms (including 3 master bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, and 2 with two 90x200 beds and a closet) as well as 3 sofa beds in the living rooms. The bedding is of very high quality (®Davilaine). Household linen, kitchen linen, sheets, and duvet covers are included. The beds are made upon your arrival.
Three living areas are available, with a lounge, TV (with all free channels), dining area, and fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). One of the lounges can accommodate 10-12 people.
A games, relaxation and sports room allows you to have fun playing table football and board games, as well as doing a little fitness training (bench, elastic band, weights, etc.).
Outdoors
The 70m² terrace with a table that seats 12 people overlooks the 9.3x4m heated and secure (curtain) swimming pool and the private garden.
For surfers, there is a solar shower for cleaning equipment.
For golfers, there is a room available for storing bags and trolleys.
